How to treat atrial fibrillation - In this video, Dr.
Artour Rakhimov and Volker Schmitz discuss the relation of atrial
fibrillation (also called AFib or AF) to breathing retraining.
People with atrial fibrillation get an irregular heartbeat. They can
wake up in the middle of the night and notice that their heart is
pounding. Also, people can get an irregular heartbeat without even
noticing. There are many heart abnormalities that occur when the
heart does not get enough blood. There is not enough oxygen in the
tissues of the heart itself.
Common people
breathe twice than the amount of the medical norm. That causes them
to have less oxygen in their tissues. People that breathe less have
more carbon dioxide. Carbon dioxide is the most powerful
vasodilator. Additionally, people have hidden hyperventilation and
they breathe 3 to 4 times the amount of the medical norm. These
particular patterns of unconscious breathing can be solved by using
the Buteyko breathing method and other such methods. It is the most
popular method to improve breathing patterns to the medical norm. To
retrain breathing patterns people have to practice breathing
exercises 1-2 hours daily and physical exercises 1 to 3 hours with
nasal breathing only.
Individuals
with atrial fibrillation were able to solve their problem with
breathing retraining. This page provides further details: “Atrial
Fibrillation Causes and Treatment [100% Success Rate]”

. It is a hard technique, but it works extremely well. Also, it is
totally natural and does not require any medication for it to work.
When people with atrial fibrillation start breathing retraining, they
have 15 to 20 seconds for the body-oxygen test or control pause test.
It is a low number on the health scale. The CP test can be found on
Dr. Artour Rakhimov's YouTube channel or on his website
Normalbreathing.com. When people practice breathing retraining, they
require about 40 to 50 seconds on the CP test to eliminate symptoms
of atrial fibrillation.
We retrain our
body with breathing retraining to have normal blood flow and more
importantly to have the heart's synchronization work properly. The
heart is a complicated organ. When we hyperventilate, it makes a
variety of problems for the heart. Restoring our body-oxygen level
to the medical norm specifically gets blood flow to the heart
normalized. If there are any abnormal tissues that appear in the
heart muscles themselves these tissues disappear when people get 40
to 50 seconds on the CP test. Additionally, a variety of health
conditions can be prevented like stroke and others from breathing
retraining. When people follow the program of breathing retraining,
they have a 99% chance of solving the problem of atrial fibrillation.
