How to Define Health Levels Using Buteyko Table of Health Zones

The Buteyko Table of Health Zones was initially created in the 1960s by doctor Buteyko, which was patented in the 1990s by the Russian Intellectual Property Agency and was ultimately published in the year 2001. Dr. Artour Rakhimov further explains that the Table was created in order to place different people in various health zones in accordance with their health levels based on the body oxygen test which is also known as the Buteyko CP (control pause) test.

The original Table or the initial form of the table had levels in the negative (with the minus) numbers as well.  However, with time there were several changes which were made in this Table and after all these changes the latest Table which is being used by all the people who believe in these Health Zones is described by in-depth in the video.

The super Health Levels which are 8, 9, 10, 11 and 12 are also discussed. While it is shown that number 7 or Health Level 7 indicates that health is normal and that there is no need for any kind of medication. However, if the Health Level is said to be 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 or 6 it is said that the person`s health is not normal and that there can be a requirement of some medication or treatment. Health Level 3 and Health Level 4 (over 90% of modern people) indicate poor health with symptoms, long sleep, low energy, and other health challenges.

Dr. Artour Rakhimov also explains some of the important historical facts about the Buteyko Table. It is mentioned that at the time when these Health Zones were first introduced by doctor Buteyko, there were a variety of Health Levels actually present, therefore, there for people who came under the super Health Levels such as 8 ,9, 10 , 11, and 12 and similarly, there were people who had quite poor health and had to be rated down in the negative side of the original Table which existed at that time.

Dr. Artour Rakhimov further explains that many students who worked on their health had to use negative numbers to describe their progress from poor to better health.
