Heavy metal and gut detox with ... sweating – Interview with Dr. Artour Rakhimov Artour Rakhimov

In this video, Dr. Artour Rakhimov addresses the question, “How to use sweating for body-gut detox?”. Sweating is very effective for this type of detox. It detoxes mercury, lead, aluminium (not a heavy metal) and other heavy metal from the body. You can use a sauna and steam bath for sweating. A sauna would be a better option. It takes most people about 20 minutes to sweat in the sauna. There is even a better technique to sweat, specifically physical exercise with 100 % nasal breathing. It helps blood flow and body-oxygen test results.

Physical exercise used for sweating is many times more effective and concentrated. It is possible to combine using the sauna and exercise, such as in hot yoga. Historically, yoga was much different than most yoga taught today. Instead of an emphasis on stretching, there were more breathing exercises taking place. Dr. Artour Rakhimov has a book on amazon titled, yoga benefits are in breathing less. In it, he explains ancient Sanskrit texts and the process of improving body oxygen levels.

There are 3 techniques we can use to sweat and detoxify. They are using the sauna alone, using physical exercise (you can wear a sweater to increase sweating), and the third method combines the first two. Engaging in physical exercise in the sauna greatly decreases the time when perspiration is produced by about 2 to 3 times greatly assisting detoxing from mercury and aluminum as well as cadmium and strontium metals.

Dr. Artour Rakhimov's best students that practised for 2 to 3 hours of breathing exercises daily, plus additional physical exercise of 1 to 2 hours daily, quickly improved their body oxygen levels. Most people that improve their body-oxygen test levels quickly experience detoxification from mercury and aluminum, together with cadmium and strontium heavy metals. Dr. Artour Rakhimov experienced this by having his urine turn black or dark brown for 2 days. Some people get blisters with pus, some people vomit bile and their hair might temporarily fall out, but it regrows. People that were smokers for years can notice that their mucus becomes a dark colour. For 2 to 3 days they can cough out this dark mucus. Breathing retraining techniques are useful to detoxify the whole body from aluminum as well as mercury and strontium with cadmium metals.

Any physical exercise that increases the heart rate and done with 100% nasal breathing is recommended. For the average person that is 150 to 140 beats per minute. According to Soviet doctors, the best exercise is running. This is because the body shakes and the leg muscles are the largest skeletal muscles in the body.

Dr. Artour has classes for Buteyko breathing practitioners. In the courses, you will learn how to start your own practice and how to properly teach certain lectures. The lectures can be organized by a practitioner locally (in the EU, the UK, Canada, the USA, New Zealand or Australia) or by Dr. Artour Rakhimov. If students achieve more than 30+ seconds for the morning control pause test, they can join the advanced course. This course helps students to gain 45-50 seconds and more for their MCP. Additionally, there are certain lessons for learning skills to address specific conditions.
