Dr. Buteyko the founder of the Buteyko method, taught some simple rules for diet. One is to eat when hungry. Idea number two is to stop eating in time when full. Overeating has devastating effects on body-oxygen levels. Overeating is especially harmful if the food is high in protein and high in calories.
