Causes of excessive mucus and its treatment remedy: cure your sputum problems naturally in 2 minutes with simple
breathing exercise.
In this video,
Dr. Artour Rakhimov addresses the question about causes of excessive
mucus and how to cure excessive phlegm production.
When people
have respiratory conditions, they produce a lot more phlegm or mucus.
The sources of mucus can be very different. For some people, it can
be from nasal congestion. Other people can have it produced from
their lungs. While for others it is from an infection or diet.
Dr. Artour
Rakhimov has interesting experiences from observing his students that
start to improve their body-oxygen levels. The students perform a
daily do-it-yourself body-oxygen test. Healthy numbers for the test
are about 40 seconds and over. Soviet doctors did these tests on
over half a million people. When Dr. Artour Rakhimov's students
begin the breathing retraining journey, they start with very low
numbers from 10 to 20 seconds.
People at these numbers have very frequent infections. When mucus is a green or yellow colour, it means the body already defeated bacteria in the body and is getting rid of it. Dr. Artour Rakhimov's students that achieve 20 or more seconds for the body-oxygen test have reversed their lactic acid cycle. This relates to the free radicals in the body. The body becomes much cleaner, energy levels become higher and sleep is improved. Also, in relation to this specific video topic, their immune system becomes strong. This allows students to stop having frequent sinus infections.

Dr. Artour
Rakhimov had students that mentioned they had mucus that was clear in
colour. If these students had already improved their body-oxygen
test, then this would relate to diet. Different foods cause extra
mucus in the body. The number one cause of clear mucus is dairy
products. Here it usually relates to lactose or casein. Some of
these people may just take out the milk from their diet and this
helps them. Others remove all dairy products to eliminate all casein
out of the diet. Sour cream and especially butter are safer dairy
products. Also, taking out dairy products reduces calcium intake
from the diet.

Foods that can
cause mucus are also starches and carbohydrates. These include all
types of grain, corn and rice. Additionally, poor chewing of
starches and carbohydrates is problematic as the pancreas has poor
abilities to digest starches. Less than 1,000 years there were no
starches in the diet. If people chew starches from 100 to 150 times
and it becomes liquid-like, then it is safe to consume them.
Further, people use low carb diets to help reduce mucus. Ketogenic
diets and low carbs are very effective. When people eliminate
starches they have little or no soiling (residue on the anus).
Dr. Artour
Rakhimov's students that have 50 to 60 seconds for the body-oxygen
test have completely eliminated soiling. Other problematic foods can
include meat, fish and eggs. For some people, it greatly increases
mucus. When these people increase their body-oxygen level to 20 to
30 seconds, it helps reduce this problem. Breathing retraining is
the most beneficial and long term to solution eliminating excess
mucus and phlegm.
