Heavy metal and gut detox with ... sweating – Interview with Dr. Artour Rakhimov Artour Rakhimov

In this video, Dr. Artour Rakhimov addresses the question, “How to use sweating for body-gut detox?”. Sweating is very effective for this type of detox. It detoxes mercury, lead, aluminium (not a heavy metal) and other heavy metal from the body. You can use a sauna and steam bath for sweating. A sauna would be a better option. It takes most people about 20 minutes to sweat in the sauna. There is even a better technique to sweat, specifically physical exercise with 100 % nasal breathing. It helps blood flow and body-oxygen test results.

Physical exercise used for sweating is many times more effective and concentrated. It is possible to combine using the sauna and exercise, such as in hot yoga. Historically, yoga was much different than most yoga taught today. Instead of an emphasis on stretching, there were more breathing exercises taking place. Dr. Artour Rakhimov has a book on amazon titled, yoga benefits are in breathing less. In it, he explains ancient Sanskrit texts and the process of improving body oxygen levels.

There are 3 techniques we can use to sweat and detoxify. They are using the sauna alone, using physical exercise (you can wear a sweater to increase sweating), and the third method combines the first two. Engaging in physical exercise in the sauna greatly decreases the time when perspiration is produced by about 2 to 3 times greatly assisting detoxing from mercury and aluminum as well as cadmium and strontium metals.

Dr. Artour Rakhimov's best students that practised for 2 to 3 hours of breathing exercises daily, plus additional physical exercise of 1 to 2 hours daily, quickly improved their body oxygen levels. Most people that improve their body-oxygen test levels quickly experience detoxification from mercury and aluminum, together with cadmium and strontium heavy metals. Dr. Artour Rakhimov experienced this by having his urine turn black or dark brown for 2 days. Some people get blisters with pus, some people vomit bile and their hair might temporarily fall out, but it regrows. People that were smokers for years can notice that their mucus becomes a dark colour. For 2 to 3 days they can cough out this dark mucus. Breathing retraining techniques are useful to detoxify the whole body from aluminum as well as mercury and strontium with cadmium metals.

Any physical exercise that increases the heart rate and done with 100% nasal breathing is recommended. For the average person that is 150 to 140 beats per minute. According to Soviet doctors, the best exercise is running. This is because the body shakes and the leg muscles are the largest skeletal muscles in the body.

Dr. Artour has classes for Buteyko breathing practitioners. In the courses, you will learn how to start your own practice and how to properly teach certain lectures. The lectures can be organized by a practitioner locally (in the EU, the UK, Canada, the USA, New Zealand or Australia) or by Dr. Artour Rakhimov. If students achieve more than 30+ seconds for the morning control pause test, they can join the advanced course. This course helps students to gain 45-50 seconds and more for their MCP. Additionally, there are certain lessons for learning skills to address specific conditions.

Dr. Artour Rakhimov is the author of 9 Amazon books. He is a breathing retraining teacher and practitioner. Volker Schmitz is Dr. Artour Rakhimov's student, friend and he is also a breathing practitioner teacher. Dr. Artour Rakhimov has lived in Toronto Canada for 20 years. Volker has been teaching Qi Gong and Tai Chi to groups of students for over 15 years. Also, he is currently teaching breathing retraining. This video is an introduction to a variety of topics related to breathing retraining. Among theses topics, Dr. Artour Rakhimov and Volker are going to explain and demystify about how we change our breathing patterns. Also, they discuss how this helps many serious health conditions and more simple problems. They will discuss their own experience and cases when working with students.

Volker asks Dr. Artour Rakhimov “Can you explain why you got interested in breathing”? Dr. Rakhimov previously addressed this question in his videos with Chris Prokop. They are available on Dr. Artour Rakhimov's YouTube channel. He explained his personal experience. Breathing retraining helped to solve his health problems that included blood sugar problems and sinusitis. These are included in the video, Improve blood glucose control (reactive hyper-hypoglycemia) and Sinusitis cured with Buteyko breathing retraining. Dr. Artour Rakhimov discovered that there were breathing retraining teachers all over the world, but they could not understand Russian. 200 hundred medical doctors were taught breathing retraining by Dr. Buteyko in Russia. They accumulated lots of clinical experience and lots of successful clinical trials for cancer. In the former Soviet Union, breathing retraining was tried on a very professional level. These details will also be expanded on in this video series.

Breathing exercises that are a part of Dr. Artour Rakhimov's courses include the Buteyko breathing technique for students and practitioner training. Dr. Buteyko was the leading breathing retraining teacher in teaching medical doctors in the Soviet Union. Also, he was a significant physiologist. His method has spanned the globe and can be found helping people across North America, Europe, Australia and in other areas. In the early 1960's, Dr. Buteyko held the position as the Manager of the Respiratory Laboratory. It was created for classified scientific research for the Soviet Cosmos and the first outer space missions (including the 1964 flight of Yury Gagarin, the first man in space).

The Buteyko Method has been used widely on a range of different diseases. In the Soviet Union, medical doctors have found it to be useful on more than 100,000 asthmatics, over 30,000 people with cardiovascular problems and thousands of patients with other health conditions (diabetes, cancer, bronchitis, sleep apnea, HIV-AIDS, liver cirrhosis and more). Dr. Konstantin Buteyko would instruct sick patients to have an intensive approach of breathing retraining. Depending on their health condition they would practice up to 2 to 3 hours of daily breathing exercises.

Dr. Artour Rakhimov teaches students on Skype online and during live classes. More details are here http://www.normalbreathing.com/skype-online-buteyko-classes.php and on this page http://www.normalbreathing.com/aaa-courses-fees.php .

How to Make Face Skin Glow::sweat, exercise, diet or breathwork - Interview with Dr. Artour Rakhimov Artour Rakhimov

In this video, Dr. Artour Rakhimov addresses the question, "How to have face skin glow?". This is a very popular question on Google search. There are natural techniques that help improve the glow of the skin. An effective method is sweating. It is very common for people to have acne on their face, but not on their foreheads. This is because people usually perspire with their foreheads and not with the other parts of their face. Sweating improves blood flow and removes inflammation to provide healthier skin. It is more effective to combine sweating and physical exercise.

Another method for getting glowing skin is from our consumption of specific energy sources. Humans mostly eat carbohydrates and glucose or they can consume fewer carbohydrates and more fats instead. This way ketones from fat are used as an energy source. It can take about 2 to 3 weeks to adapt for the body to adapt to ketones. A lot of people get cravings from this diet and they can get mood swings. This diet has a significant effect on the skin because of its effect on reducing inflammation. A study showed that those people that have ketones in their body have a lot less inflammation. All 14 markers of inflammation were much lower in comparison to a modern high carb diet. Even if a high carb diet consists of organic and raw food, you would still be having a lot more inflammation. This is because your diet's primary source of energy is from carbohydrates.

Ketones have another benefit of causing a vasodilator effect in the body. They are able to expand arteries and arterioles by relaxing the smooth muscles of the body. These smooth muscles are located around the arteries and arterioles. When the muscles are relaxed, blood flow and circulation are increased. In turn, ketonic or low carb diets are going to provide better blood flow and circulation for the skin. More information about the diet can be found online. Also, there are hundreds of videos available on YouTube. The videos include doctors, nutritionists and other experts. Thousands of patients have used the diet for diabetes and other health related problems as well.

Here is a NormalBreathing page that covers the topic of getting skin that glows naturally:

Another method used by Dr. Artour Rakhimov's students helped them with pimples, roughness on their skin, and having excess fat. This method relates to improving their body oxygen levels. Before Dr. Artour Rakhimov knew about a low carb diet and without his students engaging in intensive exercise, they were able to greatly improve their skin conditions. With better body oxygen levels students have their circulation improve. In contrast to this method, breathing more air causes less oxygen to be in the cells of the body. Rakhimov's students start to get great benefits from 30 + seconds on the control pause test. When they reach 40 and 50 seconds, inflammation gets eliminated. It gets reduced by having 35 seconds CP in the morning. Then students reach higher body oxygen results that give them significant improvements in having proper circulation. In comparison to the other methods that help for glowing skin, breathing retraining has the most significant benefits according to Dr. Artour Rakhimov. For example, students dramatically reduced the length of their sleep to about 4 hours and Dr. Buteyko reduced his sleep to a few hours daily. Breathing retraining is the central part of Dr. Artour Rakhimov's courses. It helps to have glowing skin, reduce inflammation and other abnormalities in the human body.

Causes and treatment of night sweats - Interview with Dr. Artour Rakhimov Artour Rakhimov

TITLES IN THIS MOVIE:
Night sweats due to cachexia is caused by very poor DIY body oxygen test result (below 10 s) due to heavy breathing. Breathing retraining up to the medical norm (40 s) eliminates this symptom.

Menopausal hot flashes at night in women are reduced with Buteyko Emergency Breathing Exercise (shown in our other videos).

In this video, Dr. Artour Rakhimov addresses the question, “What are the causes of night sweats and how to treat them?”. For men and women, there are possibly different causes. The condition can develop in men from cancer, HIV and some other conditions. People with night sweats wake up at night around 3-4 times. Their bed linens can be totally soaked from this very unpleasant condition. Night sweats can be intensified due to having anxiety and stress. The causes are difficult to specify and science is still trying to define them. More details about causes and treatment options for heavy sweating at night are available here: http://www.normalbreathing.com/e/night-sweats.php . The Spanish version of this page “Sudores fríos nocturnos: señal de O2 corporal bajo” is here: http://www.respiracionnormal.org/sudores-nocturnos/ .

Women with menopausal hot flashes require a similar approach that is based on Buteyko Emergency Breathing Exercise since menopausal flashes at night in women are reduced with Reduced Breathing Exercise (shown in our other videos).

Breathing retraining students have found that it is possible to get rid of night sweats. It is a relatively fast process for most people that takes about 1 to 2 weeks. When students practice breathing retraining, they increase their body-oxygen level and have improved circulation. Also, participating in physical exercise is a very powerful factor that helps to get rid of night sweats. Dr. Artour Rakhimov had students engage in intensive physical exercise with sweating occurring. Then they would notice that they sweat a lot less during the night. The students would exercise with a 100 % nasal breathing. Night sweating might be a reaction to an excess of toxicity. When people have later stages of heart disease, cancer, HIV-AIDS, diabetes, cystic fibrosis and other diseases, they can experience these symptoms because of toxicity in their bodies.

All these people with night sweats due to cachexia have less than 10 seconds on the body-oxygen test. This indicates a very low level of oxygen according to this DIY type of CP test. Thus, breathing retraining and physical exercise can greatly reduce night sweating in a few weeks time. Specifically, about 1 hour to 90 minutes of breathing retraining is recommended. This will slow down unconscious breathing patterns throughout the day. Students will experience better sleep, they will get more energy, they will be able to exercise more and they will be able to strictly breathe through their nose. This will occur once their body-oxygen test levels increase. Having higher body oxygen levels dramatically reduces night sweats and over time it will completely eliminate the problem. Breathing retraining is a completely natural solution to night sweats.

Dr. Artour Rakhimov holds classes for Buteyko breathing practitioners. These courses teach how to start your own practice and how to professionally teach lectures. The requirements for students include attending 2 of Dr. Artour Rakhimov's lectures. The lectures can be set up by a practitioner locally (in the UK, EU, Canada, USA, Australia or New Zealand) or by Dr. Artour Rakhimov. Then the trainee has to teach 2 lectures to 1-2 individuals for having applicable experience. The proceeding step has the trainee attend Dr. Artour Rakhimov's usual group course and individual classes (these are private lessons for most students or those with health problems requiring additional support). Moreover, the new breathing retraining teacher has to teach his own course. The course is taught to about 2 or more individuals under supervision. If students have 30+ seconds on their morning control pause, they can be a part of the advanced course. The course has students get up to 45-50 seconds and more for their MCP. Also, there are specific lessons for acquiring additional skills to particular cases and situations.

Causes and treatment of body chills (feeling cold) with Buteyko method and remedies - Interview with Dr. Artour Rakhimov

In this video, Dr. Artour Rakhimov addresses the question, “What are the causes and treatment remedies for feeling cold?”. Specifically, this question relates to whole-body chills. Some of the causes could be people who do not eat enough, being underweight and a problematic digestive system, but here we are assuming these causes are not the problem. The first and main cause is related to hyperventilation. Dr. Artour Rakhimov's students stop feeling cold and getting body chills when they improve their body-oxygen test results. Using thyroxin hormonal supplement, when T4 or thyroidal hormone levels in blood are low is another common cause for those who gain weight and still feel hungry and cold because this hormone helps to produce or generate energy. A lack of iodine in diet can also cause low thyroxine and hypothyroidism.

But all these things can be explained by the negative effects of hyperventilation. These effects occur in muscle tissue and to the access of oxygen to brown fat cells or to other organs. So the body is not able to produce enough heat. Hyperventilation is present in 99% of the modern population. For specific studies, you can refer to the homepage of Normalbreathing.com. There are 24 historical studies showing how breathing changes throughout history. The table which has more than 30 studies shows people that have serious diseases because they hyperventilate 24/7. This reduces oxygen in the tissues of the body. Therefore, when we address the problems of hyperventilation, we solve the problems of feeling cold all the time. However, addressing hormonal problems with low thyroxine (T4) and hypothyroidism is necessary for those who are deficient, and this can be diagnosed with lab blood tests.

The review of this topic can be found here “Feeling Cold All the Time Causes and Treatment: Thyroid, Liver, and Blood Flow” http://www.normalbreathing.com/e/feeling-cold.php. The Spanish translation of this page is here: “Sensación de frío en todo momento y el flujo sanguíneo” http://www.respiracionnormal.org/sentir-frio/ .

A related factor of improving the body oxygen level includes physical exercise. When people exercise it produces energy that improves circulation. Dr. Artour Rakhimov instructs students to engage in physical exercise with 100% nasal breathing. This allows the safest and most effective form of exercise. Additionally, helpful lifestyle changes include taking cold showers. Dr. Artour Rakhimov has students that take part in cold showers and breathing retraining. It is advised to start taking cold showers only until students have received more than 20 seconds for the body-oxygen test. That allows the production of brown fat cells. Brown fat cells are present in polar animals such as seals. These cells generate lots of heat and are full of mitochondria. Most people have 100% white cells that do not have any mitochondria. Thus, people are not adapted to live in cold conditions. Taking cold showers, having brown fat cells and/or swimming in cold water are great techniques to get rid of this problem. Furthermore, Dr. Artour Rakhimov shared a great solution to feeling cold. When a colder season begins, taking a few tablespoons of dairy products help to stay warmer.

Dr. Artour Rakhimov has classes for Buteyko breathing practitioners. The course includes learning how to conduct lectures and organize your own practice. Students are required to attend 2 of Rakhimov's lectures. These lectures can be organized by Dr. Artour Rakhimov or a trainee locally (in the UK, EU, Canada, New Zealand, USA or Australia). Afterwards, the trainee needs to conduct 2 lectures to 1-2 individuals for the purpose of having practical experience. The next step has the trainee attend Dr. Artour Rakhimov's usual group course and individual classes (private lessons for most students or those with some health problems). Furthermore, the new teacher conducts his/her own courses to about 2 individuals or more under supervision. Some students (30+ morning CP) can attend the advanced course that allows students to get up 45-50 s and more for their morning CP. Lastly, there are specialized lessons for learning additional skills to specific cases and situations.

Causes of bronchospasm and its treatment – Interview with Dr. Artour Rakhimov

In this video, Dr. Artour Rakhimov addresses the question, “What are the causes and treatment for bronchoconstriction?”. Dr. Artour Rakhimov had hundreds of students who had this problem. Bronchospasm is also called bronchoconstriction. It relates to people that have asthma, cystic fibrosis, COPD and other respiratory conditions. Bronchospasm commonly relates to three factors.

The first is a constriction of the airways due to spasms of the smooth muscles around the airways. The next factor is inflammation that can be present in only some of the respiratory conditions. Some of these conditions include asthma, cystic fibrosis and bronchitis. Inflammation makes the breathing process even more constricted. The inflamed cells are much larger in size. That means that the diameter of the tube for breathing is much smaller in size. Additionally, healthy people produce a very thin layer of mucus. People with conditions such as asthma have infections. For them the mucus becomes thicker and a colour of green or yellow. Similar mucus can also form in the airways. When airways have inflammation, they do not remove airborne pathogens. This factor can make bronchospasm even stronger because the flow of air is further reduced.

There is a page on Normalbreathing site with the title “Bronchoconstriction: Causes and Treatment”
http://www.normalbreathing.com/d/bronchoconstriction.php . The Spanish version of this page is here: “Broncoconstricción: causas y tratamiento” http://www.respiracionnormal.org/broncoconstriccion-tratamiento-causas/ .

Some people with severe asthma, COPD and other respiratory conditions have all 3 of these factors present. This does not allow an exchange of air in some parts of the lungs. To recover from this condition, it takes years of breathing practice to normalize lung function.

The cause of bronchospasm completely relates to hyperventilation. The first factor is the spasm of the smooth muscles of the airways. Spasm of the smooth muscles relates to carbon dioxide. Carbon dioxide is a vasodilator and the best relaxant of the smooth muscles in the body. When people hyperventilate, they breathe about two to three times more than the medical norm. Studies explaining this are on the homepage of Normalbreathing.com. When hyperventilation occurs, people have much lower levels of CO2. Therefore chronic constriction of the airways is maintained.

The next factor that occurs with hyperventilation is that inflammation becomes chronic in their bodies. Inflammation relates to hypoxia. According to Dr. Buteyko and over 200 doctors trained by him is that people can remove their inflammation. The Buteyko Method was very successful with asthma. In six clinical trials, doctors reduced medication by over 90 % in just 4-5 months. Asthma patients would have to practice about 90 minutes daily of breathing exercises.

Another factor is the overproduction of mucus that relates to the immune system. The body produces extra mucus when there are frequent infections. The suppression of the immune system does not allow effective work against pathogens. The production of this thick layer of mucus that further restricts airflow is from hyperventilation. When students practice breathing retraining, their mucus disappears. Also, drinking sea salt with a glass of water helps to remove mucus. Addressing factors related to hyperventilation is the most natural solution to bronchospasm . People with respiratory disorders that practice one breathing session notice a big difference in how they feel. A long term solution requires a normalization of breathing with about 40 to 50 seconds for the body oxygen test.

Causes and natural solutions for reduced blood flow - Interview with Dr. Artour Rakhimov Artour Rakhimov

Causes and natural solutions for reduced blood flow - Interview with Dr. Artour Rakhimov

In this video, Dr. Artour Rakhimov addresses the question, “What are the causes of poor circulation and how to treat it?”. Reduced blood flow or poor perfusion is a common experience for beginner breathing students. It is also common for poor circulation to be experienced in various organs. When people have problems with specific organs, doctors prescribe medical drugs to improve blood flow to these organs. For example, the kidneys, brain, liver and lungs are some of the organs that can experience poor circulation.

This NormalBreathing page provides details about causes and treatment for problems related to reduced perfusion http://www.normalbreathing.com/e/poor-circulation.php . The Spanish version of this page is “Circulación deficiente: causas y síntomas” http://www.respiracionnormal.org/circulacion-deficiente/ .

Thousands of top medical scientists are looking for a solution to this problem. The most potent vasodilator that dilates arteries and arterioles is carbon dioxide or CO2. This is the gas that we exhale. For clinical studies related to carbon dioxide and vasodilation, see http://www.normalbreathing.com/CO2-vasodilation.php and its Spanish translation “Vasodilatación y Vasoconstricción: La verdadera historia” http://www.respiracionnormal.org/vasodilatacion/ .

Do people with problems such as diabetes and cancer have a reduced level of CO2 in their arterial blood? There are more than 30 studies on Normalbreathing.com which measured ventilation for people with chronic diseases. All these studies testified that people with chronic diseases breath 2 to 3 times more than the medical norm. Also, 20 historical graphs show how breathing in the normal population has changed during the last one hundred years. Previously, people use to breath 4 to 5 litres per minute. This is a very small amount that would provide higher oxygen levels because of higher CO2 levels. When people have easy and quiet breathing their level of CO2 is high. Therefore, their blood vessels are expanded and they have better circulation to all of their vital organs and extremities. In contrast, modern people mostly hyperventilate. Additionally, most people believe that if you breathe more you will get more oxygen but the opposite is true. When we hyperventilate, we get reduced oxygen to all our vital organs. There are numerous such studies on the spleen, colon and many other organs. This information can be found on Normalbreathing.com and in Dr. Artour Rakhimov's books.

The answer to improving poor circulation relates to breathing retraining. People slow down their breathing with breathing exercises and physical exercises using only nasal breathing. Also, lifestyle changes and sleep factors are used. The body-oxygen test (CP test) is utilized and it correlates to circulation levels. Someone with poor circulation will have a small number of only 10 to 15 seconds on the test. When people practice breathing retraining, they will get up to 20 to 25 seconds and there is a dramatic increase of circulation to the vital organs. Afterwards, when students get 30 to 40 seconds, there are tissue changes that will dramatically improve whatever health condition people experience.

The next very powerful substance that the human body produces is nitric oxide or NO. It is one of the most researched topics because it is a powerful hormone. Nitric oxide a very strong vasodilator probably second to carbon dioxide. We produce nitric oxide in our sinuses and we inhale it into our lungs. This makes it very beneficial to breathe through our nose. More about strongest vasodilators is here “Vasodilator Definition and Most Potent Vasodilators: CO2 and NO (nitric oxide)” http://www.normalbreathing.com/c/vasodilators.php . The Spanish translation of this NormalBreathing page is “Definición de vasodilatador y los más potentes vasodilatadores: CO2 y NO” http://www.respiracionnormal.org/vasodilatadores/ .

People notice that if they switch to mouth breathing there are lots of negative effects. While reduced breathing and making sure you breathe with your nose (even at night) has lots of positive effects. Other useful elements such as diaphragmatic breathing and lifestyle changes are written about on Normalbreathing.com. They are also discussed on Dr. Artour Rakhimov's Youtube channel.
